Before each mission, our Field Academy offers training and briefing.

You will meet a lot of interesting people and gain experience in hospitality jobs. You will learn how to talk to people, to behave in groups, promote brands and dive into the organisation of events.

You will be our representative in the field, and you represent the brand that you’re working for. So, you are very important to us.

We expect good presentation and speaking skills from our ambassadors. If you are open minded, love human relations, reliable, on time and you have good relational and service skills, you have the perfect profile.

A driving license and knowledge of Luxembourgish are major assets for your application.

Before each job, you will receive a detailed briefing of your mission. This briefing is for the whole team with which you work.

First step: send us your curriculum, your cover letter and a picture (no selfies please J) by e-mail or via the contact form, you can find on our website.

2nd step: we analyse your application and we invite you to an interview at the agency in order to complete the registration form.

You are essential to us and our relationship matters. So, it’s fundamental that we want to know you, your lifestyle, your interests and your ambitions.

3rd step: You will receive a contract which outlines the conditions we will work together. For each mission you will have a new assignment with the necessary information.

Mostly, we will supply you with an adapted outfit like a classic suit, a dress or a sweater, a polo, a t-shirt. All depends on the event.

For some events, you can wear your own clothes. It is very important that they are ironed and clean. Also, check the weather to feel comfortable in all circumstances.

No panic, this can happen! But we expect that you take your precautions. If you have to cancel the mission, we have to cancel your contract, inform the client and start the procedure again with someone else. So please avoid last minute cancellations.

Your profile and personal data are completely private. We only use them in our database and will communicate them to the client with your permission if he asks for it.

Our database is encrypted you can access the data that we store. These data include the information you gave us on the form given during your registration interview.
